Project Overview
The project required adherence to the highest fit-out solutions standards, whether residential or commercial. To position Fitout HQ as a premium, trusted brand. The goal was to reflect their adaptability, precision, and craftsmanship values.
To create a cohesive brand identity that: - Embodies Fitout HQ’s transformative approach to interior design and fit-outs. - Captures the essence of adaptability, innovation, and precision. - Engages audiences with a professional trustworthy and approachable tone of voice. - Establishes a strong digital presence through a well-designed website.
Fitout HQ was a collaborative project with a Dubai-based agency named CIQ Agency and my role was as a freelance brand designer for the Fitout HQ. Collaborating with CIQ and its team, I set out to contribute to designing Fitout branding and creating brand guidelines that cater to branding, tone of voice, visual language, and applications. Furthermore, the project required a detailed approach to the website, ensuring every aspect of the design, from the interface to the user-centric approach to the website. My tasks included conceptualizing and designing the information architecture, creating wireframes, and UI design.
Approach
The project was driven by a collaborative approach by combining my expertise with the CIQ agency and a consulting design director (Muhammad Azam).
Through intensive brainstorming sessions, we explored the brand’s core values and target audience to define a vision that aligned with its mission. Each phase of the project, from concept development to execution, was guided by open communication and iterative feedback loops with the client, ensuring the final deliverables were not only visually cohesive but also deeply resonant with their business goals.
Idea
Origami
This art of folding paper into life is a dance between precision and imagination, inspiration and inception, deep thought and hard work. Each crease, a moment of transformation—where flatness finds dimension, simplicity discovers depth, and what was once ordinary becomes extraordinary. Origami, to be precise, is a quiet revolution, reminding us that even in the smallest details lies infinite potential for creation.
Adopted for Fitout HQ, Origami becomes more than just a metaphor—it mirrors our craft. Like folding paper into intricate forms, we shape spaces from raw materials into bespoke environments, raw imagination into real inspiration, and raw ambiances into exceptional spaces.
Our new-age brand mark inspired by this art evokes the essence of transformation, adaptability, and craftsmanship—folding hopes and dreams into reality, one detail at a time.
Final Design
Working for Fitout HQ in collaboration with CIQ Agency and consulting design director was an enriching experience. The challenge of transforming the company’s vision and aspiration into a cohesive identity pushed the boundaries of creativity. By rooting the brand with the metaphor of Origami, the project expresses its core values of adaptability, innovation, craftsmanship, and precision.
